DATA PROTECTION STATEMENT

Numerifives informs users of the website “www.numerifives.pt” (hereinafter the “Site”) of the measures adopted in the field of Personal Data Protection, specifying its own commitment and attention with regard to the protection of the privacy of visitors to the Site. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully, which applies both in the event that you access the website and simply decide to browse within it using our services, without purchasing any product, and in the event that you decide to make purchases. Navigation within the Site is free and does not require any registration, with the exception of certain spaces where the user can freely and expressly provide a series of data concerning him to access precisely identified services (eg. to be able to continue with purchases, subscribe to the newsletter or request information, etc.). 2. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

5. TERMS, DURATION OF DATA PROCESSING AND COMMUNICATION FRAMEWORK

With regard to the retention periods for data obtained through the use of profiling instruments (eg cookies), is 1 year.

The information is provided only for the site www.numerifives.fr and not also for other websites possibly consulted by the user through attachment links. Numerifives cannot be held responsible for the personal data provided by users to external subjects or to any websites linked to this Site.

7. “PROFILE” AND/OR CUSTOMIZATION INSTRUMENTS

Numerifives does not carry out any promotional and/or advertising communication activity without the express and prior consent of the user. 8. Place of data processing

The processing related to the services provided by the Site is carried out at the head office of Numerifives indicated in paragraph 1 above and is carried out by the employees in charge of processing the Direction Sales & Marketing, as well as companies that provide functional services to the management of the Site, named as external data processors. A complete list of external processors appointed by Numerifives can be requested. In order to allow us to properly manage our Site and fulfill our contractual obligations, your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Union, such as Tunisia, the United States and San Marino. 10. APPLICABLE LAW, JURISDICTION AND COMPETENT COURT FOR NON-CONSUMER CLIENTS

These Conditions are subject to French law. For all orders from persons who cannot be qualified as “consumers”, all controversies relating to the interpretation and/or execution of this contract will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Lille.

11. REVIEW CLAUSE

Numerifives reserves the right to review, modify or simply update, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, in any form whatsoever and at any time, without notice, this Privacy Policy also with regard to changes in the provisions of laws. or personal data protection regulations. Changes and updates to the Privacy Policy will be notified to users by sending an email to registered users of the Site and posting on the Home Page of the Site, and will be binding as soon as they are published and communicated.
